
A great way to start your week! Join a group of new and seasoned MELTers for a relaxing, full-Body MELT class. You'll need your soft MELT roller, Melt Balls, an extra-long resistance band, a towel or blanket, and a flat pillow or cushion. Each week there is a different focus, allowing you to improve your technique, boost cellular healing, and get a great night's sleep!
